Overview

SIIG’s 1-Port RS-232/422/485 Ethernet to Serial Device Server - Ultima is designed to easily configure and remotely control, via web browser, one RS-232/422/485 serial device over TCP/IP network. It features API command sets, industrial grade 15KV ESD protection for all serial line signals, and 1.5KV Magnetic Isolation on the Ethernet port. This 1-port serial device server is compatible with 10/100Mb/s Ethernet networks, supports serial port data transfer rates up to 240Kb/s, and features surge protection and built-in terminal resistor on the RS-422/485 serial port. Additionally, it allows simultaneous connection to 4 hosts.

The 1-port RS-232/422/485 Ethernet to Serial Device Server – Ultima is FCC and CE approved and RoHS compliant. It is compatible with a wide variety of Windows operating systems and is backed by SIIG’s limited 5-year warranty.
