SIIG’s FireWire 800 DV Kit is a superior product designed to add FireWire interface to your computer for connecting multiple high-speed FireWire devices. It instantly adds three FireWire ports, one 6-pin FireWire 400 (1394a) and two 9-pin FireWire 800 (1394b), to your PCI-enabled desktop computer. The FireWire 800 DV Kit supports IEEE P1394b and is backward compatible with 1394a-2000 and 1394-1995 standards. It is fully interoperable with FireWire, iLINK and SB1394 implementation of IEEE 1394 standards, PCI 2.2 compliant and works efficiently in 32-/64-bit PCI slot. The FireWire 800 DV Kit is FCC Class B (DoC) & CE regulatory approved and RoHS compliant.
