SIIG’s Dual Profile Hi-Speed USB 4-Port PCI adapter is designed to adds 4 High-Speed USB 2.0 ports (three external and one internal) to connect up to four additional USB devices to your desktop computer. The DP Hi-Speed USB 4-Port PCI supports high-speed (480Mb/s), full-speed (12Mb/s), and low-speed (1.5Mb/s) data transfer modes, offers full backward compatibility for USB 1.1 devices and supports simultaneous operation of multiple high-speed USB 2.0 and USB 1.1 devices. It allows you to hot-swap devices (connect and disconnect) without first turning your system off and works with a variety of USB 2.0/1.1 devices including hubs, data storage devices, PC video cameras, digital cameras, CD-R/RWs, DVD-ROMs, scanners, printers, memory card readers, and more. The Dual Profile Hi-Speed USB 4-Port PCI’s dual-profile PCB design along with the included spare low profile bracket allows it to be installed in either standard height or low profile desktop system. Additionally, it conforms to USB specifications revision 2.0 and PCI specifications revision 2.2, and comes with FCC Class B (DoC) and CE regulatory approvals and is RoHS-compliant.
