The SuperSpeed USB 3.0 7-Port Hub is a high performance product designed to instantly add 7 additional SuperSpeed USB 3.0 ports (three USB 3.0 and four USB 2.0) to your USB 3.0 equipped desktop or notebook computer. It delivers ultra-fast SuperSpeed USB 3.0 data transfer rates of up to 5Gb/s (10 times faster than USB 2.0). This 7-Port SuperSpeed USB 3.0 Hub is backward compatible with USB 2.0 and USB 1.1 devices and allows simultaneous operation of multiple USB 3.0, USB 2.0 and USB 1.1 devices. Additional features include over-current protection built-in to protect both connected devices and the hub itself from unforeseen power surges and hot-swappable capability to allow instant attachment and detachment of peripheral devices without having to first power your system off. The SuperSpeed USB 3.0 7-Port Hub is the ideal product to work with USB 3.0 high-bandwidth demanding peripherals including SuperSpeed USB 3.0 hard disk drive enclosures, high-resolution webcams, video surveillance cameras, digital video cameras, and multi-channel audio.
