Overview

SIIG’s USB 2.0 Switch 2-to-1 is designed to enable two systems to share USB devices including printers, scanners, hard disk drive enclosures, cameras, and CD-ROMs. It supports simultaneous USB 2.0 peripheral-sharing between PC and Mac systems, device-switching via keyboard hot key (Windows only), software (Windows only), or manual switching button (Windows and Mac) with integrated power LED, and hot-swapping (connect and disconnect) without first turning your system off.

The USB 2.0 Switch 2-to-1 comes with one USB Type A connector for device connection and two USB Type B connectors for system connections. It draws power directly from the system to reduce power consumption without requiring a power adapter.

The USB 2.0 Switch 2-to-1 is fully compliant with USB Specification, revision 2.0. It is also FCC Class B (DoC) regulatory approved and RoHS-compliant.

The USB 2.0 Switch 2-to-1 is fully compatible with a wide variety of Windows and MAC OS operating systems and is backed by SIIG’s limited five year warranty.
