Features
Splits a single DisplayPort 1.4 output source to three DisplayPort monitors with Mirror, Extended and Panoramic video wall display modes

High Performance
Offers a true 32.4Gbps (Max.) video bandwidth and supports 7.1-ch surround sound up to 192KHz sampling rate (can be used to transmit audio and video simultaneously)

Bandwidth Limitation

* Note: If you use a 4K monitor to display in 1080p, there is a possibility that the link still gets 4K bandwidth and reduces the overall bandwidth for the other displays
Video Resolution
Supports HDCP 2.2 and Ultra HD video resolution up to a single 8K (7680x4320) @30Hz with HDR display or dual 4K (3840x2160) @60Hz with HDR displays or Triple 4K (3840x2160) @30Hz

* Note: Two of 4K@60Hz displays occupied 96% bandwidth, so there is not enough bandwidth for third display
Display Modes
Supports various supplication such as Mirror, Extended, and Panoramic Video Wall modes. Mirror mode same content on each display, Extended mode with individual content on each display, and Panoramic Video Wall mode which combines multiple monitors to use as one large display

* Note:
1. Mirror mode using Windows Display Utility and NVIDIA Utility is limited to 2 displays
2. Panoramic Video Wall mode requires an AMD Eyefinity, or NVIDIA Surround or Intel Collage technology graphics adapter
3. AMD and NVIDIA graphics cards support up to 4 displays, while Intel supports up to 3 displays (AMD RX560 / RX570 / Radeon 7200 Series graphics cards only support up to 2 displays)
4. NVIDIA graphics cards are recommended as AMD DP graphics cards may cause bandwidth limitations
5. MacOS operating system does not support MST function and will only mirror the displays (SST)
Multiple Connectivity Port
Comes with one 20-pin DisplayPort 1.4 input port (Host), three 20-pin DisplayPort 1.4 video output ports, one 5-pin Micro USB for power input (at least 5V/500mA), one reset button, and one DisplayPort 1.4 detachable cable

Connection

Maximum Compatibility
Compatible with DisplayPort 1.4 graphics card with AMD Eyefinity, Intel Collage or NVIDIA Surround technology
* Note:
- Requires GPU / graphics card to support at least 2 external displays to use both video ports at the same time with extended mode
- Supports Plug-n-play, hassle-free set up without complicated hardware or driver installation
Aluminum Housing Design
Premium aluminum housing decreases outer interference and provides optimal video quality. The reset button allows re-detection of all the displays if any of the displays are not detected
Need to Know Before Buying
1. Make sure your system requirement has a DisplayPort video output specification 1.4 and supports Multi Stream Transport (MST). If you are not sure, please check with the video card or system manufacture

2. Install the latest drivers for your video card. Go directly to the system/video card manufacturer or chipset owner, such as AMD, Nvidia, or Intel, to find the latest driver. Driver update through Device Manager may not retrieve the latest driver available
3. Please check your monitors resolution meet your need. If you use a 4K monitor to display in 1080p, there is a possibility that the link still gets 4K bandwidth and reduces the overall bandwidth for the other displays
4.
Adding additional displays to your system is simple with MST hub; however, they are mostly dependent on and tied to your Graphics Card's capability to operate properly and make sure your system requirements are met. Check number of displays on graphics card and notes that laptop display is count in
5. MST hub cannot increase the number of displays a graphics card supports. Regardless of the number of display connectors built into your graphics card, each graphics card has a limited number of displays it can support. From our experience at the current time, AMD and NVIDIA video cards support up to 4 displays, while Intel supports up to 3 displays. If you are unsure, check with the video card or system manufacturer
*Note: NVIDIA graphics cards are recommended as AMD DP graphics cards may cause bandwidth limitations
