Notes:

• Our adapter DOES NOT work with Mac OS 10.13.4 to 10.13.6 update. It's recommended to upgrade to Mojave 10.14 or stay with 10.13.3 or earlier
• MacBook 2018 modes running Mac OS 10.14 or 10.14.1 can experience black extended display with only mouse cursor. This problem is fixed by the Mac OS 10.14.2
