SIIG’s Hi-Speed USB 5-Port PCI adapter is designed to enable your computer to connect up to five additional USB devices. It instantly adds 5 Hi-Speed USB 2.0 ports (four external and one internal) to your current desktop computer. This Hi-Speed USB 2.0 5-Port PCI adapter supports high-speed (480Mb/s), full-speed (12Mb/s), and low-speed (1.5Mb/s) data transfer rates, offers full backward compatibility for USB 1.1 devices and supports simultaneous operation of multiple high-speed USB 2.0 and USB 1.1 devices. It allows you to hot-swap devices (connect and disconnect) without first turning your system off and works with a variety of USB 2.0 and USB 1.1 devices including hubs, data storage devices, PC video cameras, digital cameras, CD-R/RWs, DVD-RAMs, scanners, printers, and memory card readers. Designed with over current protection per USB 2.0 port, both connected devices and the adapter itself are protected from unforeseen power surges.

The Hi-Speed USB 5-Port PCI conforms to USB specifications revision 2.0 and PCI specifications revision 2.2, and carries FCC Class B (DoC) and CE regulatory approvals, and is RoHS-compliant.

The Hi-Speed USB 5-Port PCI is fully compatible with a wide variety of Windows and MAC OS operating systems and is backed by SIIG’s limited lifetime warranty.
