SIIG’s new cost-effective DisplayPort Daisy-Chainable Extender Kit is designed to extend DisplayPort signal from a source device to a display at greater distance of up to 100 meters, using economical CAT5e/6 cables. With built-in video and audio signal enhancement, users can get up to full HD 1080p video resolution quality and stereo audio with no software or driver needed.
The DisplayPort to CAT5e Daisy Chain HD Extender Kit supports RS-232 communication, IR control to execute commands conveniently, cascading connections to allow an extensive network of displays setup and may be used in conjunction with other SIIG models, including:
