SIIG Launches 1x4 HDMI CAT5e Distribution Amplifier with Local-Loop and 3D Support

Fremont, California (June 20, 2012) SIIG, Inc., a leading manufacturer of IT and AV connectivity solutions, today announces the release of their latest addition to their digital signage portfolio, the 1x4 HDMI CAT5e Distribution Amplifier with Local Loop-Out and 3D Support.

The wall mountable distribution amplifier provides an economical solution for splitting HDMI video and audio signals from one source to four displays using CAT5e/6 cables while supporting HD video resolutions up to 1080p. It features a local HDMI display out put for monitoring or for cascading, default HDMI EDID and EDID capability, uncompressed 7.1 digital audio signals and transmissions distance up to 200ft @ 720p/1080i (CAT6) and video bandwidth up to 6.75Gb/s.

The 1x4 HDMI CAT5e Distribution Amplifier with Local-Loop and 3D Support is ideal for retail, entertainment, hospitality, education and other digital signage applications.
