Need to Know Before Buying

1. Please make sure your computer has a USB-C or USB-A connector and use the included USB-A to USB-B cable or USB-C to USB-B cable to connecting this Universal Hybrid Dual 4K Video Docking Station



2. Check the extended displays/monitors resolution that support 4K@60Hz and have HDMI 2.0 port or DisplayPort port 1.2 on each display. If you are not sure, please check with the manual of the monitor



3. This dock requires driver installation for DisplayLink (DisplayLink is a technology for video output via USB). Download the latest version of the driver from SIIG's home page
For Mac users, please allow the driver to access the "Screen Recording". It will not record your screen but access the display pixels to extend the desktop

4. Before connecting the USB-A 5Gbps port, make sure your peripheral device has a USB-A 5Gbps port
