SIIG Compact 1x2 HDMI Splitter 4K (CE-H26B11-S1)

Distributes HDMI video & audio from a single source to 2 HDMI displays simultaneously without signal degradation (NO Extended Mode supported)

Supports mixed 4K and 1080p outputs. A 4K video source device can simultaneously display 4K content to 4K monitor(s) and 1080p content to 1080p monitor(s) via downscaling.

Use Elgato or other or other game capture device to record gameplay footage in 1080p, while playing in 4K.

EDID Management

Built-in EDID management and firmware update mechanisms offer wide range of monitor/display/TV support fro.m either pre-programmed EDID or EDID learning from the connected displays and expands compatibility into the future.

Firmware upgradeable via Mini USB port for expanded compatibility

Compact Metal Housing

High quality materials with metal housing extend the stability and durability, allowing for long hours of operation.

Low heat generation with durable metal housing provides excellent heat dissipation and minimizes EMI/RFI interference for stable and reliable performance and long life span.

Mixed Resolution Downscaling (Downscaler)

Distribute 4K signal to one display and 1080p to the other, allowing for the seamless integration of newer displays with older displays in the same environment.

Use Elgato or other game capture device to record game play footage in 1080p, while actually playing in 4K

Save money, by not needing to upgrade to an expensive capture card that will allow for this.

ONLY downscales from 4K @60Hz 4:4:4 to 1080p

Downscaling Limitations

• Downscaling fro.m 720p to 480p or 4K @60hz 4:2:2 to 1080p or 2K to 1080p NOT supported
• >4K HDR to 1080p makes the 1080p display look washed out (CE-H26911-S1 fixes). This splitter can bypass 4K HDR data
• content but cannot process it to make 4K HDR content fit 1080p proportionally
• Will not work correctly with AVRs using HDMI 1.4 and earlier (CE-H22X11-S1 / CE-H22Y11-S1 fixes this)
• Frame rate conversion (e.g., 60Hz to 24Hz) is not supported
