>> Instruction for Microsoft Outlook 365/2019/2016:
1. Open your Outlook Software.
2. Click the "Junk" folder on the left pane.
3. Check to see if the ticket confirmation with subject "[#xxx-xxxxx] Ticket created: SIIG Form Request" is in this folder.
4. If you find the ticket confirmation in this folder, right click on the email, then click "Junk"->"Never Block Sender's Domain".
>> Instruction for web-based @hotmail.com and @outlook.com domains:
1. Sign in to your Outlook.com or Hotmail.com account from your browser.
2. Click the "Junk" folder on the left pane.
3. Check to see if the ticket confirmation with subject "[#xxx-xxxxx] Ticket created: SIIG Form Request" is in this folder.
4. If you see any messages that should have been delivered to the Inbox folder, click the box on the left of each message to put a check mark and then click the "Not Junk" button on the top.
>> Instruction for web-based @gmail.com, @yahoo.com and @aol.com domains :
1. Sign in to your gmail.com account from your browser.
2. Click the "Spam" folder on the left pane.
3. Check to see if the ticket confirmation with subject "[#xxx-xxxxx] Ticket created: SIIG Form Request" is in this folder.
4. If you see any messages that should have been delivered to the Inbox folder, click the box on the left of each message to put a check mark and then click the "Not Spam" button on the top.

1. Sign in to your email account.
2. Click the "Spam/Junk" folder.
3. Check to see if the ticket confirmation with subject "[#xxx-xxxxx] Ticket created: SIIG Form Request" is in this folder.
4. If you can't find the confirmation email in neither of your Inbox or Spam/Junk folder, please contact your network administrator.
