Need to Know Before Buying

1. Please confirm your computer or device has an HDMI port and supports 4K@120Hz resolution. If you are not sure, please check the computer or device’s manual

2. Make sure your extended display/monitor has an HDMI port and supports 4K@120Hz resolution

3. Please use a UTP Cat6/7 cable for the best video quality and accurate transmission distance

4. Check the HDMI cable is no longer than 16ft (5m)

5. If you monitor is not displaying or has a noisy signal, please press the reset button to relearn the EDID
