Need to Know Before Buying

1. Please make sure your computer has a USB-A connector and use the included USB-A to USB-B cable to connecting this Dual Head Full HD HDMI Video Docking Station



2. Check the extended displays/monitors resolution that support 1080p@60Hz and has HDMI port on each display



3. This dock requires driver installation for DisplayLink (DisplayLink is a technology for video output via USB). Download the latest version of the driver from SIIG's home page
For Mac users, please allow the driver to access the "Screen Recording". It will not record your screen but access the display pixels to extend the desktop

4. Before connecting the USB 3.0/2.0 port, make sure your peripheral device has a USB 3.0 port or USB 2.0 port
