Driver failed to be installed or device cannot work properly
Applies to the Following Product:
- USB 2.0 Video Capture Device (JU-AV0012-S1)
Description:
1. Got a red X with drivers failed to install window, computer couldn't recognize the device as USB 2.0 Video Capture Device was inserted into USB port.
2. Device isn't listed in Device Manager/Sound, Video and Game Controllers section.

2. Device isn't listed in Device Manager/Sound, Video and Game Controllers section.
Solution:
1) Click Control Panel on Computer/My Computer, then click Devices and Printers. Right click on the Grabber icon and delete it.
2) Click link provided below to download the latest driver. Please note that the old driver should be removed first.
