Q: How to Tighten Monitor Desk Mount Tilt Mechanism

Description:

My monitor will not stay in upright position.

Solution:

The bolt that adjusts the tension of the tilt mechanism is loose.   The bolt is located directly behind the monitor plate (under the plastic cap).  Remove the plastic cap & tighten the bolt with the included allen wrench.  Please see the attachment with the correct bolt circled for your reference.  It may also help to completely remove the bolt, wipe any excess oil off the bolt & other parts then reinstall the bolt.
