Q: Mouse cursor slow to respond or starts and stops

- Wireless Mini Multimedia Trackball Keyboard (JK-WR0412-S1)

 

 

Solution:

This issue may be related to poor signal between the wireless dongle and the keyboard.  Please follow the troubleshooting tips below:

 

1. Replace the keyboard's batteries.

2. Point the keyboard in the direction of the wireless dongle when in use.

3. Move the wireless dongle to a different USB port. 

4. Make sure no devices are blocking the dongle.

 

If the problem still exists after trying the troubleshooting tips, this may be a defective item. Please read the warranty and tech support section in the Quick Installation Guide for repair/replacement.
