Q: Must be paired many times per day

Description: 

The product must be paired many times a day. Otherwise the computer will not respond to inputs.

Solution:

Most of the time this issue can be fixed by plugging the dongle into a different USB port.  If the problem continues, the keyboard or dongle may be defective.
