No audio output

Applies to the Following Products:

- USB 2.0 to HDMI with Audio (JU-HM0112-S1)

- USB 3.0 to HDMI with Audio (CE-H20W12-S1)

Solution: 

Check for the correct soundcard.

The instructions taken from Windows 7 will be similar for other Windows operating systems.

1. Go to Control Panel > Sound properties to see if the right soundcard is selected.

2. Select the Playback tab:

For USB 2.0 to HDMI with Audio (JU-HM0112-S1): Select  "Speakers\USB HDMI Adapter" as the default device.

For USB 3.0 to HDMI with Audio (CE-H20W12-S1): Select "Speakers\DisplayLink" as the default device.
