Q: My device can power up and detected by control software, however it can't detect any inputs, and can't output any display

Please check the Dip Switch on the front panel of the product is in the "Up" position (Normal mode), and then re-plug the power. If it still fail, please go to the SIIG product webpage to download the control software, and refer to the user manual on page 5 & 6 to reset the device
