Q: Whenever I am connected to the device, using CommWatch, I can turn on the unit and get a feedback message that reads "Initialization Finished! @version 1.0.4 @AV A @AU To_Switch 1 @EDID_MODE 0" Why get the "COMMAND ERROR" when sending the command out?

Please refer to the user manual, the command needs ending mark “” or not “” means "Enter", please press "Enter" of the keyboard to next line then press "Send" of software
