Q: Why I can't get the video in VLC when using MJPEG encode?

Using MJPEG encoding will change the video stream to snapshot mode. You will need to open it in a web browser, not VLC. Refresh the browser with F5 will display a new snapshot.

Here's how to access the snapshots: Open the following URL in your web browser: http://[ip address]/1. jpg

e.g. http://192.168.100.123/1. jpg.
