Q: Would the CE-H27511-S1 function to decode an RTSP stream, and have that video+audio output to a TV on the HDMI out?
The CE-H27511-S1 can only support HDMI input then become the IP protocol output, it can not reverse.
The HDMI out just can loop-out the video from HDMI in, it can't decode the RTSP or others IP protocol
