Description:
The laptop is connected to a docking station, the video adapter is recognized and the driver installed properly, but I can not extend or mirror the screen to the second monitor.
Solution:
This product may have compatibility issues with docking station, we suggest using the video adapter without the docking station attached to the laptop first, then if the video adapter works correctly, reconnect the docking station.
1. Please disconnect the video adapter from the docking station, then plug it into one of the laptop's USB ports. If the the video adapter works properly then reconnect the docking station.
2. If the video adapter does not work with the docking station then you have a compatibility issue. Unfortunately, this compatibility issue can not be fixed and we suggest that you return the adapter to your place a purchase for a refund.
