Q: The yellow exclamation mark appears on the device manager in Windows 8

Applies to the Following Products:

- DP FireWire 800 PCIe (NN-FW0012-S1)
- FireWire 800 3-Port PCIe (NN-E38012-S3)

Description:

The card can't be recognized. A yellow exclamation mark shows up in Device Manager

Solution:

The driver is not installed properly, is corrupted or has experienced some conflict.  This issue can be fixed by uninstalling the driver.  Click  the attachment or the link below to download the uninstall steps.
