Verify Windows Installation

Applies to the Following Products:

- USB 3.0 to VGA Multi Monitor Video Adapter (JU-VG0211-S1)

- USB 3.0 to HDMI/DVI Multi Monitor Video Adapter (JU-H20111-S1)

Solution:

1.  Go to Device Manager.

For Windows 7 / 2008 R2: Right click Computer, click Manage, click Device Manager.

For XP / Server 2003: Right click My Computer, click Manage, click Device Manager.

For Server 2008: Right click Computer, click Manage, double click Diagnostics, click Device Manager.

2.  Double click Universal Serial Bus controllers.

3.  MCT USB 3.0 External Graphics Device or Trigger II External Graphics should be displayed.
