What is the voltage and ampere output for power delivered to the monitor when using this adapter?

There is no power output without the Micro USB power cable connected. With Micro USB power cable connected to USB 3.0 port, the power output is - 4.97V / Amps: 340mA / Watts: 1.69W. Unfortunately, this adapter doesn't supply enough power to monitors that require USB-C power input.
