I need the Windows 7 and Vista driver for my PCI serial port adapter.

Solution:

You have hardware version 3 or below which is not compatible with Windows 7 or Vista. You need to have hardware version 6 or above to be compatible with Windows 7 or Vista. To determine the hardware version, look on the on the side of the board that contains all of the chips. The hardware version will silkscreened or a sticker will be placed with the format "V1.0" etc....
